All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic Orders: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hustle Dream Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unwashed
  • Free from damage or alterations
  • In original condition with tags attached (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
